How does hair break off?

my hair was breaking off adn i don kno why i think becuz uf the hair conditioner im using but yea so can some tell how can hair break off?

maybe you need a conditioner that can moisturise your hair type really good

if you dint get ur hair cut in a while or at least a trim your hair will break off because of all the split ends. also change ur shampoo use a shampoo and conditioner that is for hair breakage.

It was probably just split ends, get them trimmed

If you color, or use Chemicals too much, That can cause breakage, and split ends cause breakage too, Make sure you go in for a trim every 4-6 weeks. Also, if you use a hair straightner, that can cause breakage, cause of leaving the heat on too long if you have braids in your hair..That most defiently causes breakage...I'e never heard of conditioner being the problem, But it also may be because your hair isn't as strong, and is damage..Try a Deep Conditioner, or some strengthing Shampoo of a type.

You need to get your hair trimmed on a regular basis-even if you are growing it out.  At least every 8-12 weeks.  Once you have a split end, it will keep splitting and eventually break if you do not cut it.  Heat can also cause split ends.

So get a trim, watch the heat and chemicals, and use a repairing conditioner.
