How does the cardiac cycle work

Question

what is each stage of a typical heartbeat from both an electrical and a muscular viewpoint. describe flow of energy thorough the heart and how blood flows throughout four chambers to keep us alive.

--> diastole

--.atrial systole

and-->ventricular systrole
