How does the menestrual cycle work?

I just got my period two years ago.. it usually comes on the 28th of the month..now it coming a week earlier.. then its suppose to..?

How does the menestrual cycle work..? What day is ovulation..how do you know if your ovulating.. is ovulation.. a time where you can get pregnant if you have s*x?

your body changes plain and simple

are you eating how you use to how about your activity schedual... are you under alot of stress???

durning basket ball mine would be MIA my doctor said it was fine, bc i was so young and when i was workjing out theat much i didnt have enough body fat ... so i didnt get my monthly and when i was really stressed... id get grumpy and wouldnt have one either. its just kind of sucky try and stay in a balance schedlual and dont get to stressed out i wouldnt recomedn this till your older but if you have a really hectic shcedual and and it stays like this for a year ( not coming when its suppose to ) i would talk to your mom and get an appointment with a womens docotor and discuss your proble and some things that might help

Day 14 is ovulation day. (well not exactly, but around that point)

Your hormone LH is at the highest at that point and you'll most likely get pregnant around those days.
