The one where you hit over your shoulder at an enemy behind you. When I try it it just bends over my shoulder and hits my shoulder blade.

  1. if there is no TARGET behind you then you will hit your shoulder blade when the chuck swings around lol.

  2. Shift weight to rear leg, turning waist and leaning slightly backwards as you strike to your outside and behind you in a large circular motion. when you hit you target make a small circle to your out side to avoid hitting your wrist or forearm.

Remember don't go straight  over your shoulder. and make a half turn of the waist and lean back slightly without losing balance. Your legs don't move just waist and arms. Don't forget to make small  circular clockwise movement immediately after striking'

Hope i explained it right but i think you will get the idea. just go slow at first till you get what i mean.
