I haven't had a problem. Be careful though of people sending out fake e-mails pretending to be from PayPal and asking you private info like your password.

i've been  using it for years for ebay and for transactions between friends, i've had no problems other than it takes a long time to forward and transfer funds.

never had a problem use it all the time to buy on ebay and sell and lots of other site to,as with everthing in life people do encounter some problems ,  fees as a seller are very high

its pretty good. if u were either selling or purchasing an item on ebay or any other online store it makes it quicker and easier to revieve or send the money without anyone getting ure bank acount number. So yeah its safe. No one can access your personal information

No its not.  I have personal experience where they froze my account for months due to my selling Wii systems on Ebay.  Their reasoning was that there were unscrupulous sellers trying to take advantage of buyers.  Even though I have 100% positive feedback, and confirmed tracking information to the buyers they froze every penny in my account (minus their fees of course) anf would not release until a week ago.  They also from a sellers point charge excessive fees based on a percentage of the products cost.  

Finally if you have any dispute with them, they are the final judges in policy and are answerable to no one.  Hopefully there will be another option before long.
