How hard are scooters to assemble?

I am looking to buy a Bali 150 cc scooter from one of 2 places online. One place alite scooters has some assembly required. Another place Power Sports Max has it fully assembled but because of the shipper they use they charge 239.95 to ship it while others are free. So anybody out there know if these scooters are hard to assemble?

Personally I'd recommend that you have it assembled then shipped. You may end up spending 10 hours of your time assembling the scooter only to find out you don't have the right tools.

Very difficult and they are junk. You are much better off spending and by from a local dealer.
