How i find my USTA password?

I got this Usta membership card for i guess joining the Usta team. I went on https://usta.ebiz.uapps.net/Solutionsite/default.aspx?tabid=64&membersonly=yes

and it ask me for membership id and password. I know what the membership number is because it is on the card but the letter USTA sent me doesnt tell me my password. How i find out what my password is?

Or call 1-800-990-USTA (8782) M-F 9 am – 9 pm, Sat 10 am - 6:30 pm.  They can help you with the password :)
