How is a nurses pay determined? ?

and what can be done to increase the amount of nurses? I know that nurses are in high demand right now. I am a medical student and i'm not sure i want to be a nurse. i am getting my associates in business until i can figure out what i want to do.

  3. Nurses' pay is based on where you live, but the salary for RN nurses are around 60k and more. The more experience, the more pay. I am trying to become a nurse myself, since you are not sure if you want to be a nurse, try asking yourself if you want to be around doctors, patient's needs and problems, and long hours of work.
