  1. I think the most important thing about studying teenage lifestyle is to predict the way the future will turn out. Because basically my generation will become the people running the show in America just like the baby boomers are now.

    Hope this answer helps.

  2. Studying teenage lyfestyle through the media is downright dangerous seeing as how most of the media are based on lies and deceit, the young people have been betrayed by non caring parents and then they are castigated by bad press, also the government should bring back conscription to give our youth direction and purpose, the only party that will do this if it comes to power is the BNP.

  3. I feel that the teenage lifestyle is an artificial state created by modern society.  Historically, children were prepared for adulthood and by age 12 or 13 could do most of the tasks their parents did.  By that age they were essential to the smooth running of the household, farm or business their parents operated and often earned a wage as teenagers that was part of the household income and needed to provide necessities.

Modern teens do not feel needed and have a difficult time seeing importance in what they do.  Going to school seems eternal and somewhat pointless.  Most of their time is spent serving their own desires rather than those of others.  In fact, if you look at truly well adjusted teens, they have usually found some purpose to their lives beyond self indulgence.

  4. Well, um, maybe it's because that a teenager is easily influenced and maybe you know, you could stop them from being like how the teenagers are in the tv. Maybe it's punk and emo and whatever... And you know, these stuff are what's causing the teenagers be bad and etc. and to know what is right to do to a teenager and what's wrong and etc.

  5. i agree with the first answer but on the media, if you look at a teens day they watch TV get on the computer... ect. they do many media related things, and although they spend more time with teachers and sometimes parents most kids hate the both of the two... so media has the largest influence in a teens life next to friends that is...
