This time of year it rains

so today (16th of feb) its sunny, about 11 degrees celcius. it might rain, but normally its just sunny and windy. incase, get an umbrella and a hoodie. its chilly in the morning, normal durin afternoon, cold at night. but the weather sometimes changes unexpectadly.
