Is it meant to be? probably, as it is meant to be a 'funny' website, but posting stuff like that is immoral and racist.

that must be some sort of dumb american humour, i didnt get it at all.

I too can't see anything funny, but I suspect that the supposed humor (sic) is based on the fact that that one of the names listed is also the name of a medication said to relieve sinus pressure.
