how long would it take me to get skinny( i no its bad just please answers)

  1. How on earth would we know? We don't know what you weigh, what methods you're using to get skinny.

    I don't understand why girls want to be very skinny anyway, as seeing bones poking through is not an attractive thing. It's very disheartening to hear you say this... Why not try eating healthily and getting exercise? That way you don't go hungry, have mood swings, risk the possibility of dying, and still maintain a healthy, thin body shape.

    Please don't do this to yourself. Do not let this anorexia go any further. Fight this. Otherwise, you will struggle with it for the rest of your life.

  2. Anorexia isn't a dieting option. It's a disease you develop. If you starve yourself your not going loose weight fast, once your body goes into starvation mode it tries to hold on to all of it's nutrients it has. Why don't you just exercise and not eat so much? Besides. If you starve yourself long enough you can do damage to your vital organs leading to failure. DEATH!. so don't be a dumbass.

  3. DON'T BE ANOREXIC!!!!!! If you want to lose weight eat less fatty foods and exercise allot. Eat allot of celery you will burn more calories then you eat. Eat meats like turkey and fish and eat fruits and veggies. go jogging or walking or ride a bike. this is a much healthier way to lose weight. Anorexia can cause all sorts of problems later in life; don't do it! it's terrible for you ! it can kill you!!!

  5. Why do you want to be so skinny youll have anorixia??? Are you that fat you wish to look that way? Well if you want to have a lot of doctor visits than normal, i guess you could make yourself throw up after eating by sticking a spoon down your throat, or just not eat....but that is pitiful:(

  6. If you try to lose weight very rapidly you can throw off you metabolism and actually make it HARDER to lose weight in the future. The only good idea is to eat very healthy and lose weight at a slow but steady pace.

  8. Hun its not something you wan`t to get yourself into! I know, ALOT of people will say that to you! But its much easier to diet, like eat salads, and fruits and stuff like that.

    Once you become anorexic its take over not only your body, but your mind also! I was bullimic for A long time. And anorexia and bullimia both make your teeth rot out, you can pass out from starvation, and not having the proper vitamins. Soon, thats ALL you will think about, it not eatting, or throwing up! You can`t function at all! Yes it does make you lose weight, and fast too! But, while your losing weight, you will always feel tired, to the point of where you can`t stay awake, even after getting 12 hrs. of sleep! Its not A good thing, it is A disease, Take my word for it, just eat healthy! You can lose weight faster by eatting healthy foods. After you start starving yourself, your body will soon realize it. and it will store all your fat to use as food! And its 10xx harder to lose weight.

  9. Ummmmm, anorexia isn't the way to do it. You will put yourself at risk for multiple diseases because of your low immunity from not eating the proper foods and vitamins, not to mention hair loss, loss of teeth (possibly), muscle deterioration, easy bruising, irregular periods or no periods, bone deterioration, weakness, and numerous other unfavorable things.

    Losing weight the healthy way is all about exercising and proper diet. You don't have to get rid of all your favorite foods but limit your intake. Meat should only be the size of your fist and the rest of your plate can be filled with fruits and veggies. Limit your starch (pastas, breads) intake to once a day (same meat rule applies) and work out for approx. 20-30 a day or every other day. It might take a little bit longer but in the long run, you'll be happier and healthier for it.
