How long can flowers look fresh?

My civil wedding is this Saturday and we have a friend of the family who will make my bouquet the day of, this being said I won't have time to pick up the flowers the morning of. Would they still look fresh if I picked them up the night before and kept them in water?

I do not see that it would be a problem. It would depend on what kind of flowers you will have. You might call a flower shop and just ask how to keep a certain flower fresh.I hope you have a lovely wedding and a lovely life. God bless you both.
