How long?!?

how long does it take til you can do a kick flip (i am not saying a perfect one jsut a kick flip)

uhm im a competitive swimmer, and its call a kick turn also, but do you mean how long till you can do it?, or how long does it take you to do one.

1. you need to have some experience, but you can practice them at anytime they are really simple.

2. once you do MANY of them at practice each and every day it takes me about a second and a half  (maybe faster) to do them.

maybe 15-20 seconds or longer..took me forever to learn!
