How many calories do you think ?

sweet and sour chicken with the red sauce on it, and pork fried rice. In TOTAL 1 cup. I only had about 1 cup of food not one cup each. There is no label its chinese take out! Also its not a chicken breast its pieces with bread coating.

With that sort of food it is very difficult to say how many calories are in it.  But it is safe to say that it is usually many more calories than we think.  What makes take out food so tasty is all the fat and rich sauces.   So lets say a serving of chicken and a serving of pork and a serving of rice which would total about 350 calories and add on calories for the sauce so maybe 450 calories.  That's about what I would guess.
