How many euros will i need(help!)?

i am going on an all inclusive holiday for two weeks! how much spending should i need?in euros/pounds?

A clue as to where you are going and whether you are a family or individuals would help.

I'm an admin on a Tenerife holiday site. Our running survey of how much money people are spending per week while on holiday is showing the majority in the upto €500/week category. Of course some spend more, some spend less. It just gives you an idea, most of our members are single persons as oposed to family groups with children.

Depends where you are going and what you intend to do.

If you are just going to sit on a beach all day in Portugal then 50 euros a day will do you.

If you intend going to all the clubs and casinos in the south of France then you will need 1000 a day at least.

almost everywhere has cash machines where you can use your bank card to get euros.  The best card to have is Nationwide because they don't charge a percentage to convert the money from pounds.  Some banks charge between 2% and 3% (which I suppose isn't much for a couple of hundred)

Make sure that the euros you buy are in small notes, you don't want a lot of 50's, just 20's and 10's.  In a small place nobody wants to change 50's.

if you plan to stay in your hotel most of the time plan on about 10 euros a day say for news paper a bit of choc ice cream or sweets and a bit of a tip to the Waiter

Whereabouts are you go - you don't say. For Greece/Albania/Turkey/Bulgaria I would say £200 minimum. For UK/France/Spain/Germany I would say more like £350 minimum.

Take about £50 a day, and an extra £100 for emergencies.

That's based on you just having breakfast at your hotel.

If it is all inclusive then you won't need much money bout £50 a day depending on what you are doing.
