  1. Gaby and Gypsy are wrong.  it is 3,460,604 because one of my ex-wife's relatives died and two moved to the USA.

    Seriously, world fact book might have this one wrong.

    Uruguay has about 3,460,607 people but not living there. Uruguay has had great migration and the Uruguayan population slowly decreasing.

    If you find 10 in those 600,000 that don't wanna comeback is too many.

    Uruguay is provably the most beautiful countries I've ever been to.

    Ed M, that's true, Uruguay has had great migration and there are many Uruguayans living in other countries...  About 600,000 Uruguayans emigrated, mainly to Spain, Italy, Argentina and Brazil. Other Uruguayans went to various countries in Europe, to the USA, Canada, and Australia. But are 3,460,607 people living in Uruguay.
