instant Ice Tea is always refreshing and easy to make. Also, try a three bean salad. Beans are not expensive, and the dressing isn't eaither. Or, you could do a veggie tray. If you have the time, buy the whole veggies and cut them yourself. It's cheaper. If you don't, however, just buy a pre-packaged tray. Same thing with a fruit platter.
