I've gotten a lot of friends on this one.. many think that Puerto Rico is number 51 as they were voting to become a state but decided not to.

At least I'm better than Obama who thinks we have 60 states (I've been in 57 states with one left to go.. I was not allowed into Alaska and Hawaii)

48 plus 2 token states, according to most ebay sellers, way too many sellers have told me that they don't ship internationally when i tell them i'm from Hawaii, go figure

According to Obama there are 58.  So it depends on who you ask.  I know he's been to 57 of them.
