Twice a day.

I floss only once a day though, usually at night because I had dinner before and it's good to get that junk out so it doesn't stick overnight.

But when I had braces I would sometimes brush a lot more because the brackets catch so much food.

USUALLY IT'S BEST AFTER EVERY MEAL.

MORE PRACTICAL IS TWICE A DAY. MORNING AND NIGHT. AFTER BREAK FAST AND BEFORE BEDTIME.

I brush 4x's a day. You can never brush to much, but you can brush to hard.

I brush about 4 times a day because i have braces. But I used to brush 2 times a day.
