how many times should i bowl a week??

beacuse i like bowling alot..im very good the games cost 2 dollars per game

Until you get bored, run out of money/time or become exhausted or physically unable to keep bowling. Whichever comes first. You can only live once right?

As much as you like.  $2 per game is cheap, mine are $3.75.  I joined a league so now I get free bowling whenever I want!  Bowling is a great sport and stress reliever.  Have fun.

As many times as your body tells you you can.

5 to 7 games a day, with at least one, two hour break in the middle, is a good max that lets your body recover, but also does not let fatigue of your arm, back, or legs effect your score.

Two leagues and a open bowling day is my schedule. Each league nite is three games (plus one warm up game, cause I'm always early). On my free bowling day I plan on five (sometimes play more) games but take my time (even break for dinner).
