Do you pay them as a month supply? If so how much and how often do you need to purchase them? What are the bad things about wearing contacts?

  1. Depends on what type they are. Soft contacts are realtively cheap. On the other hand, hard RGP contacts range from 200 bucks to like 2000 dollars. Mine are mini scleral lenses and cost 450 dollars each! But, you can't put a price on good vision

  2. mine are 20.00 for a 6 week supply

  3. I buy a year supply at a time.  Depending on what brand you wear, you won't be able to buy them one month at a time.  For example, in the brand that I wear, a lens is to last a month before being thrown away.  They only come in boxes of 6 so you have to buy more than one month's worth at a time.

The eye exam usually runs $80-$100 and the price of the lenses varies depending on brand.  Go to www.contacts.com to check the pricing on the popular brands.  I usually spend $160 - $200 for an entire year's supply.
