How much does a pony cost ?

I am not saying that I want one I just would like to know how much an average pony costs. Not a colt but a pony. Please don't tell me that oh you can't take care of it. I just want to know how much one costs.

While here in NZ prices for ponies range depending on what type of pony you want. for instance if you want a pleasure pony they can cost from $0.00-$3,500. Then if you want a pony that does a little bit of everything they cost from $3,500-$6,000 and then if you want a showpony that is really competitive they range from $6,000 and up. Here are two great websites that i use. they have a range of ponies and horses from different prices etc

honestly it depends where you live

I shop at auctions and you can get from $50 and up.. depending on quality age.. and luck
