How much mileage?

how much is 0.731 of running, out of mile, i was told about 3/4 of mile is this true, im out of shape this was in 13 min, how long could it take if i run for 15-30 min every day to be able to run 3-4 miles at time?

if you ran 15-30 minutes a day assuming your around average you'd be running about 1 mile to 3 maybe 4 miles in that amount of time.

It really depends on you. the way I did it was I would run and walk and each day I would try to run to the next telephone pole past yesterdays and would try to do better each day. Take it at your pace but try to increase each day and you'll be running 4 miles before you know it. Don't worry about how fast you run rght now that will come as you get in better shape and run further.
