  1. wrong section dude

  2. alot

  3. This section is for the Winter Sport of Curling...

You are looking for advice on Weight-Lifting, and I'm not sure if they have a section for that... I'd try General - Sports next time...

  4. You should go out to the ice to throw rocks as often as possible to keep your delivery fluid and your draw weight consistent.

35 lbs is an odd size for a little-rock, they're normally 22 lbs, and full size 44lbs. Where do you curl?

  5. That sounds like a lot to curl for someone your weight

I find it better to go for more reps, with less weight. For example, try 25 lbs instead of 35, and do 20 or 30 reps. You will gain more muscle.

And as others have mentioned, you asked this question in the wrong category, curling is a game on ice that consists of throwing rocks, not weight lifting!
