Good condition, 4 newish tyres, new clutch, new exhaust, new front and rear pads, shoes and cylinders.

I have no idea what its worth, or what I could sell it for?

i think you should sell it for £400 - £450 (good price)

i think it would be more clear if you mention the location but might be something between $800 - $1200 depending on the condition of car.
