How much should u loose?

I been loosing 3.3 LBS a week is that too much

  1. How you feel should be a factor, it depends with what ever you're comfortable with losing & whether you're pleased with your appearance....But keep on enough weight that is acceptable for your body's strength!


  2. Everyone's different, but that sounds above average.  However, if you remember to keep up with your potassium, magnesium, and vitamin levels, you should be all right.  Congrats, keep it up.

  5. yup d ideal is 2lbs at most..try reassessing your diet
