Is it wrong to tell a loved one, that you don't want anything to do with them anymore because they are so verbally abusive?

No it's not wrong, you need to do what you need to do to protect yourself. Nobody should have to put up with someone who is verbally abusing them.

F*CK NO! if someone is making you feel degraded in anyway because of what they say then you owe it to yourself to get away from them, it's in your own best interest. If they are insensitive enough to hurt you like that, then it doesn't really matter if you hurt their feelings, you need to be a little selfish every now and then and focus on YOUR well-being. confront them, and then seperate yourself from them and surround yourself with more positive influences.

u r a person of worth as  we are, so tell them you have the right to live peacefully and not to be abused.... even though

Don't allow yourself to be a target of verbal abuse!  Be upfront with them and stick to your guns.  When the abuse starts simply say, "I've warned you, I will not be subjected to this - goodbye" and leave (the room, the house, etc).  As long as you continue to be a victim the abuse will only increase.
