How much spending money....?

Question

Should myself and wife take to marmaris.

We are going for a week all inclusive with two friends.

Id like to do some tourist attractions e.g boat rides

my wife thinks a £1000 but i think thats alot and is it better to exchange money here or in turkey?

Last summer i was in Marmaris and the hotel was all inclusive.

Boat tours for one day is about 30 euro per person maybe u wanna dive, diving is about 50 euro per person. You maybe spend some for night clubs or eating or drinking something out of hotel. But I think £1000 is alot. And i guess there wont be too much difference exchanging money there or here.

Boat trips are usually 40ytl (under £20) and generally include food and perhaps drinks.

Entrance to museums/sites probably 10ytl (about £4)

It's cheaper to change money in Turkey. You can use UK credit/debit cards in cashpoints.

£1,000 is more than enough!

turkeys money is worth less than your pounds so your almost doubling thats a plus

if your worried about it talk to your banker about accessing your account in Turkey so that you can pull there curency put of the ATM when your in Turkey

but ba careful dont use and ATM out side of the ones that are at he banks
