How much tribulus terrestris is the recommended dose and what brand makes the best one. I've seen some that offer 750mg. i'm looking to increase testosterone via increasing luteinizing hormone.

  1. Take about 1000mg daily, but have a month without taking T every 3 months or so, to keep it working best


  2. I would keep it at UNDER 2000mg a day... total

    take 1-3 pills a day

    500-650mg at breakfast, lunch, dinner

    anything 700mg+   just take 2 a day (one at lunch...one at dinner)
