I am going on a diet starting Monday. I am going to go buy me a fridge for my dorm room. However on this diet I plan on eating six small HEALTHY meals and go running in the evening when I get off from work. Plus I also walk to classes. I plan on going walking/jogging/and running for about an hour or more 7 days a week. My cut off time to eat will be 6 pm. I plan on drinking nothing but water and a small sugarless green tea (from the bag) cup at night while doing my studies. How much weight do you think I will loose in ONE, TWO, AND THREE MONTH PERIOD. My goal is to burn all the fat off. Below are my stats. My goal weight is 140-145 slim. Weight now 190.Pants size 36Height 5'7My goal is to get to a swimmers body built. I want my pants size to be either a 30 or 29. Please tell me some advice if you have any. But please make sure you tell me how much weight you think I will loose by doing this. GRACIAS
