  2. iam in jrotc at my high school, and do PT 2 times a week,so i do just do the basic stuff at home every day, and just basic stuff at home, no weight lifting but just to keep in shape and i jog every morning befor school and then at night 2

  4. Everyday from walking two labs at the same time, doing volleyball, running up and down stairs to my classes, gym everyday in school, and shopping more then I should. Does that answer your question?(Also not saying it in a bad mood way saying it in a way that my bff's will feel bad for making me do most of those things when I don't enjoy most of them, I hope you are reading this E,C,K, and P!)

  6. Right now I'm at 3 times a week.  When I go to bulking stage it will be probably every other day.

    This doesn't include my cardio.  I play hockey, swim and other stuff also.

  7. I'm trying out ( 4 the first time ) a 5-day routine, seems to be working really well but it's taxing on my body  ( 15yrs old )- My normal routine consists of a 3-day lifting program coupled with 2-3 days of cardio for about an hour a day
