Wear some more makeup

you have older features but you dont express the,

Mascara and eyeliner and an eyelash curler are things you should invest in

get cuter glasses

um about 14 or 15... you could try contacts.. if that works for you.. that would look really cute, and putting you hair in a messy bun would be really cute too... or you could try curling your hair.. if it holds...GOOD LUCK!
