how old does my lizard look ruffely and how much should i feed him

Your beardie is just above a hatchling. A month old at the most. You need to feed him about 10-20 crickets a day and make sure he has a fresh supply of veggies everyday...along with fresh water. You're also going to need the right lighting too otherwise he'll get sick real fast.

Baby beardie. Maybe you should have researched this B4 you got the pet????Ok well may sure you have at least a 20 gallon tank cuz if you have anything smaller it will not be big enough and the bearded dragon will not be able to escape the heat and die. Oh yes and I hopw you have a uva/uvb light?? Cuz if you don't then it will die. Feed it 2-3 time daily crickets and dark leafy veggies like mustard greens or collard greens. Feed only as much as it can eat in 10 minutes. My baby beardie eats about 20 little crickets or 10 bigger ones. Don't feed anything that is bigger than the lenghth between his eyes or else he could choke and die. i would guess that s/he is about 8 months or so. i would feed him small crickets in the morning two hours after lights on so he has a chance to bask and warm up and at night at least two hours before lights out so he has a chance to digest his meal. feed him as many crickets as he will eat in five minutes. make sure you dust the crickets in the morning with calcium/vitamin powder. and offer greens (never iceberg lettuce) and fruit to sh/e in the afternoon. being this young he might not eat much greens but keep offering it. maybe dust the veggies so s/he  knows its food.   if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
