How old should I be?

How old should i be to throw a change up? And do you know any off speed pitches that involve absoulutley no wirst movement?

change-up, avoid the circle change d**n it hurts just to see it thrown.

Uh, a lot of my friends throw change-ups, drops, and fastballs. I made the A-Team so they are like the best of twelve years olds and under. They are eleven.

The change does not require wrist movement if you're only looking to change speeds. You can develope a change at any age.

you can throw a change up anytime. its just a different grip. the change up is the only off speed pitch with no irregular wrist movement.

A changeup puts no more stress on your arm then a fastball would, but it will throw of hitters if they are sitting on your heat. Thats what makes Johan Santana, and Pedro in his days, so effective.
