JW how old you have to be to adopt in VA. We have a friend who needs a home for her baby and were interested, Can anyone help me? Give me info about adoption legal guardianship etc? Thanks. Only serious responsed

  1. Why don't you have the mother name you and your wife legal guardians of the child until you finish the adoption process.  This is the easiest way that I know.
