How shall I cook my fish?

Question

I caught a few large mouth bass this morning, how should I cook them?

Should I filet them and pan fry them or should I bake them with lemon and pepper?

Definetly bake them. It is healthier. Also, turn the oven on about half the time then turn it off. The extra heat will cook it without wasting electricity. You could even cook them iver a fire.

Depends how you like it.  I like it both ways.  Frying is more unhealthy, but delicious nonetheless.  But, baking is more healthy and still tastes good.  If you want something a little lighter and healthier, go with the baked.
