I have a Sony 4GB mp3 player and my mp3 can't download songs online or even in Windows 10 or 11 after my cousin deleted all the pictures and videos on my mp3........ is there anyone could help me how I can fix my mp3.......

  1. If your stuff is gone maybe do a full format.  

    Go to the sony website, find the support page and put in your model.  If they have support QA there, you might find out how to format it, or how to upgrade the firmware.

    Archive all your songs you do have on there first.
