Banks are all about customer service and customer satisfaction.  That's all the advertise since their interest rates on accounts and loans is nearly the same.  The bank should have a "live voice" to take the original complaint.  A decision has to be made if the "mistake" was the bank's fault or the customers.  Then the decision is made to "fix" the problem or leave it the way it is.

    Most complaints are about "fees" for overdraft or ATM's.
