How should i prepare for tryouts?

This monday are volleyball tryouts and i was wondering what are some good tips for the sunday before. I know i need lots and lots of sleep, but should i do some good conditioning that night, or would that just wear me out? I also heard to eat pasta the night before for extra energy. THANK YOU!

  1. Do about a medium conditioning workout.  And, of course, gets lots of sleep and eat a good breakfast and lunch.


  2. Refrain from practicing too much the night before, chances are you'll wake up extremely sore. Just go out there and do your best, and try to be enthusiastic!!

  3. No, you should work at home and,work at a gym.you should ask help with some people who have experence with volleyball GOOD LUCK

Depends on the size of your school.  If it's really small, showing hustle in your tryout will get you on the team.  If you have a very large competitive school, well, bring your best game and hope you're good enough.  I'd hope that you have conditioned before this, cuz no coach wants to have to get you in shape on top of teaching you to play.  It's a lot easier as a coach to pick you if you've done some of the work yourself in the offseason.
