How to adopt multiples?

Does anyone know an adoption agency that specilizes in multiples (twins, triplets, etc) or maybe siblings groups?

In addition to the first responder, many sibling groups are available through international adoption as well.

There are  always sibling groups available through your local Department of Children's Services/ Foster Care.  They are hard to place.

Infant Multiples are not often available.  You are more likely to have that scenario in a surrogacy than in an adoption.

Your other option is "artificial twinning" where you adopt two unrelated children who are close to the same age.  This works best if the children in question are already good friends.
