How to apply white eyeliner?

I know white eyeliner can make your eyes look bigger, but how do I put it on?

Also, what is a really good brand to use for white eyeliner?

Put only on the botton of eyes. Right below your eyelashes.

i heard about this using white eyeliner thing recently on the internet - i have small eyes and have difficulty applying eyeliner so it doesnt look weird on my eyes so i was looking for reccommendations for colours etc. i thought id try it cos its said to be quite effective.

so i went to boots and got the rimmel soft kohl in white £3. Dont get any other kind of pencil only kohl ones cos other pecils or liquid types arent safe for in the eye. U can get white in other brands but Rimmels pencils r quite good and cheap.

so anyway, u put it on the lower part of ur eye on the inside rim only. just run the pencil over the rim. Then normally i put a normal colour on the top lid just above the lashes.

Some people also put a normal colour underneath the bottom eyelashes after doing the white thing tho i dont know how they do that cos i find it gets mixed in with the white above it but if anyone knows the secret please reveal it!

Also id curl ur eyelashes first and use a mascara after.

ok,

white eyeliner works but you have to use it properly.  First of all, take your white eyeliner and make sure that it is sharpened.  Then carefully sweep the pencil across you inner bottom lid...you know the bit that is kind of pink.  Don't use to much but use slightly more in the corner of your eyes to widen them.  I wouldn't use this on the top line.  White eyeliner is still in but it is used mainly to widen the eyes and make you look more awake.

Benefit do a creamy pinky colored one which is quite good but expensive.  I got mine from claire accessories, i know it is very cheap and quite tacky but it still works well and was only about £2.00!

You want to line your inner lids with it between the eyelash and the eye itself (the part of the lid that inexperienced young girls line with black and makes their eyes look smaller).  Then you put any other eye line on the outside of your lashes, so it makes the overall eye appear larger.

Couldn't recommend a brand though... Sephora probably makes a decent eyeliner.

I apply my normal color eyeliner (dark gray) on my top lid and a little on the bottom lid. Then I take the white liner and put it on the inside corners of my eyes and a little on the bottom eyelid.

This is a more natural way to wear white eyeliner and it still makes your eyes appear larger. As long as you don't wear black eyeliner (it makes your eyes look smaller).

you line your eyes in your waterline, that's the space right above your bottom lashes, don't make it to white though otherwise it looks really fake and also now they have flesh tone ones and those look really natural and open you eyes up alot.  if you want a more expensive highend brand then maccosmetics.com has a white one in fasinating that works reallllly well, and if you like drugstore or medium to lowend i would try Avon or nyc also has a really cheap white one that works really well i believe it's only $1 and wet n wild has one that alot of people seems to like to.  well i hope this helps. :)

First of all this is 2008 and now 1988 - please don't embarrass yourself by wearing white eyeliner!

Secondly Clinque are the best make-up skin products in my opinion!
