How to be a better drawer?

how can i improve my drawing skills i draw okay but i am slacking on something no am not like a perfect or good drawer i just want to know how can i start improving u know star from the begining on drawing.

use guidelines, grids, drawing instruments. they help a lot. be a perfectionist.

to improve freehand, try drawing straight lines, curves, shapes, lines with different pressures (from dark to light until it vanishes) w/o the aid of any drawing instrument. tracing is also an effective way. it'll improve your strokes. try experimenting on different techniques then decide which one is the best.
