How to be chic/graceful?

I went on a trip to Europe, and a lot of the women there are so chic and sophisticated. Especially in France. French women just have that "je ne sais qoui." How can I be more like that?

You either have it or you don't. Just be happy with who you are because I'm sure there are people out there who admire something about your manner, you just don't know it. Be happy in being you, just the way you are, be natural.
