How to beecome a disney star????!!!!!!!?

I would like to try to get into acting and i heard that selena gomez got into disney by sending videos to them but how ? is there any other way??PLEASE HELP!!!!!

There is a lot that you need to do!  

First off you should put yourself in a few local productions.  You need to get a reel of yourself made, and start going to EVERY open casting call that you can find!

Then you need to get some professional head shots done, and you need to make a resume, and you need to find an agent.

actually she got her start by auditioning for barney. then disney came to her.

and you need to search the web to find auditions for the disney channel then you have to do what they tell you to do. most likely send in a tape then they will call you if they like you and set up a phone interview then if they still like you they will ask you to do a face to face interview/audition.
