Get a tire, some rope and a tree with a sturdy limb.

Tie three or four long ropes onto the horizontal tire, spaced evenly apart. Think of it like a clock and tie the ropes at 12, 3, 6 and 9. Tie the ropes together on top of the sturdy branch. Viola. Tire Swing.
