How to catch lizzards?

i have lizzards outside my house and i want to catch the for fun but i dont know how

Steps :-

1- Locate the lizard. If it is cornered or in some kind of room, it will be easier to catch.

2-Silently approach the lizard so you don't scare it. Have a bucket and stick with you.

3-Softly and very gently touch its back/tail with the stick, so it runs into the bucket. Be very careful not to hurt it or to poke it hard - you are simply directly nudging it to one direction. Once it is in, transfer it to a suitable reptile house if you have one. If you don't, make sure your bucket is tall enough or find one that is tall enough. Or make a makeshift, short-term home from a shoe box or similar box.

4- Set your lizard loose or study/draw its picture for a few hours and then release it to freedom outside again.

ok dig a little hole and put like a bucket or jar in it so when they are walkin along they will fall in and then cant get out. it works best if you put some crickets in there so they will go in after them

or u just can use a net

set up traps the best one is to dig a shallow hope covet is with brush but make sure that its in the sun sh that they san get the warmth  they will hide in that shallow hold and when your ready lift it up and catch the sucker but they are many other ways you also have to be quick they are really fast hope that helps

just get close to one and put your hand on its back!! just be careful not to squish it. if it runs away just try to keep your hands close and be really quick.  dont hold onto its tail though. they fall off.

U say for fun...  It's no fun to the lizard, scaring it half to death by catching it, then what r u gonna do with it??

When trying to catch a lizard.  Go up to it slowly.  When you get close enough reach out and cup your hands over it.  If the lizards are small they probably have fragile bones so don't squeeze hard.  Don't grab its tail.  That could make it come off and give extreme pain and stress to the lizard.

i used to catch em all the time and bring em to my mom and she'd scream and slap it out my hand, u just gotta get up close to it, cup ur hands over it and grab its little body with ur fingers they are fragile so dont squeeze it
