How to change invitatioon preferences?

If someone has their preferences set to "not accept invites" how and where can this be changed to allow invites?

these are account settings- each person sets these and they're the ones who can only reset them

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs and sign in.

Under Options in the far right column, click on "Edit" for the email address you want to change to allow invites.

Under Group Invitations, select "Allow group moderators to invite me to their groups".

Click Save Changes.
