How to cure an enflamed throat?

Every time I swallow my throat seems tight, sore, and burns. Is there any ways I can reduce this or do something im worried it may turn into a throat infection

Some nasty diseases start in the throat, so see an MD at the earliest.

A good home remedy is warm lemon juice mixed with honey. :D

Gargle....warm salted water 4x a day if you can.

Also increase your vitamin c intake.

My mom also used to rub my neck with Vicks vapo rub and I would wrap a scarf around my neck....didn't smell great but  it worked.

Now I do all 3 and it works every time.

Try it....it can't hurt.

Do you still have your tonsils????

If it's bad as you say it is then see a throat doctor before it gets worse.
