  1. u mean periodontitis?

    oral prophylaxis, scaling and root planning- by ur dentist

    chlorhexidine gargle, flossing- for maintenance.

    actually there are different factors that causes one. may it be meds, systemic reaction, secondary to disease, and the like...

    so visit ur periodontist!:)
